II. Test Items:
1. Displacement test: No-load pressure and discharge measurement.
2. Volume efficiency test: The volume measurement efficiency under rated operating conditions.
3. Power test: Start power, rated power, and overload power.
4. Overload test: The maximum displacement of the hydraulic pump or motor (high speed), nominal speed, 110% of the rated pressure or the maximum pressure for operation of 1 minute or less.
5. Torque test: Input torque of the hydraulic pump and shaft end torque of the hydraulic motor (reverse test)
6. External leakage test: During the above tests, inspect the leakage of the sealing components.
7. Auxiliary tests for hydraulic valves and hydraulic cylinders, etc.

2. Speed mode: Frequency control ranging from 0 to 3000r/min.
3. Loading mode: Computer proportional relief valve two-way loading up to 40MPa. Capable of testing duplex pumps.
4. The maximum flow rate: ≤ 500L/min. The maximum flow rate of the low-pressure auxiliary system ≤ 330L/min
